The tool is able to calculate the impact and societal cost savings against the seven most significant social policy areas associated with sport for development work. Satellite Clubs – Sutherland School Golf Project

This Satellite Club brought together participant’s from the Sutherland Secondary School in Telford and the nearby Shropshire Golf Centre, after the school’s Behaviour Manager identified golf as an after school activity which could improve his pupil’s behaviour. The project averages 22 participants per session and the majority of these now use the facility outside of the Satellite Club. The Behaviour Manager has also reported positive changes in behaviour and higher attendance. Using Sported’s Sportworks Tool we have quantified this behaviour change to demonstrate the impact of sport for development. Sutherland School Golf Project
