How do I take part?

Employees sign up for FREE at www.workplacechallenge.org.uk – do you have a circular email/newsletter or notice board to promote the Challenge? We can provide posters to help you get the message out.

The initiative is a great way for employers to encourage their workforce to be more active and in return reap the proven benefits of a healthy workforce, including greater team spirit and motivation, increased productivity and a reduction in absenteeism and staff turnover.

Signing up provides exclusive access to the activity tracker and event directory, plus Workplace Challenge users can take part in workplace ‘competitions’ or taster sessions co-ordinated by Energize. See our gallery below for photos. Click here for upcoming workplace events

Would you like a tailor-made team building event for your organisation? If so, let us know using the details below.

One lady fed back the following after attending a workplace netball taster session:

“Would just like to say thank you to everyone who organised last night.  It was the first time I have played in over 40 years and was apprehensive at start but really loved it.  If given the opportunity would definitely like to do this again.  I am 58 and this was a real challenge to me but I so enjoyed it.”

The Workplace Challenge is co-ordinated by Energize Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin for our County. Workplace Challenge is a national initiative and is managed in other areas by our sister organisations.
