• Does Energize provide physical activity sessions?

  No, but we help clubs, groups and organisations in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin to deliver physical activity. 

  Elevate, which is part of Energize, provides a strength and balance falls prevention programme for people aged over 60 in Shropshire.

  

• I'm a teacher, how can my pupils be more active?

  Energize supports children and young people to live active lives. Take a look at the free programmes, resources and information we have to encourage pupils to be active. 

  

• I work in the health system, how can I encourage patients to be active?

  We aim to work with partners in the health system to support the prevention agenda and improve lives through increased activity. Take a look at what we are doing and the initiatives and resources available to encourage patients to be active to improve their overall health and wellbeing.
